The personal interview portion of the program is worth 25% of the total score, needless to say – I was NERVOUS.

I picked out an awesome dress from The Rack just the day before interviews. When I arrived, I actually made it before some of the interviewers did. We were interviewed one at a time (I went first today) over the course of two days by the Seafair Foundation Board Members. The questions ranged from personal questions to questions about the history of the Puget Sound and Seafair.

It went by super quickly, I felt like I was in there for less than 10 minutes, and before I knew it, I had answered all the questions. Prayers  that I made a good impression! 🙂
