We visited an assisted living home in Kenmore, where I met an awesome woman named B 🙂 She was so lovely to speak with and to spend time with. It amazes me how much life a person can live, and manage to find the beauty in all of it. I truly envy her!

 

 

Updates: It is CRAZY to think that this summer is coming to an end very quickly. In ten days, the new Miss Seafair 2012 will be crowned before the biggest parade of them all, The Torchlight Parade! While winning would be amazing, I also know I completing this program with 14 other AMAZING women who are all equally poised and capable of such a position. I truly am so thankful and blessed just to have been able to be apart of this experience. I have met so many amazing friends and mentors who truly inspire me to be great. Thank you so much for being in this part of my life!

Furthermore – I was able to meet with my mentor during the first week of July before the Creative Expression. Her name is Audrey Fan and she is absoultely remarkable. She has a drive and vision for so many things that I only wish I had half of! She is great and eloquent and I hope to learn as much as I can from her before the summer ends. She even has her own start up called eVenues (like expedia for event venues).
