I was gifted a KitchenAid stand mixer for Christmas this year. (Thanks, Mom!)

After scouring the internet on what this thing is capable of, I settled on butter making. (I know, I’m fearless).

Anyway, it went well. I will take more photos next time, but it is definitely a fun and interesting process to make your own butter. Just heavy cream, whipped until the buttermilk separates from the actual butter, and voila!
